Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Helpdesk-1st level support/inside Account Manager, based at our Frankfurt offices, to manage a number of our clients around the globe.

The key responsibilities of the role are:

  • 1st point of contact for customer support.
  • Utilising internal monitoring system to respond to customer alerts.
  • Assigning incoming issues to team members and escalate as needed.
  • Liaison and communication between customer and development team.
  • Organising and conducting training sessions.
  • Assisting with new customer implementation and demonstrations.
